Dumplings for Konopiste castle |

    | | IGC has supplied the promotional event for tourism support in Benešov region. In August, chambers of Konopiště castle came alive, Franz Ferdinand d'Este and his family visited his summer residence again. Old Myslivna restaurant prepared his favorite food - fruit dumplings for visitors. Everyone who attended two sightseeing circuits could taste the traditional Czech delicacy - yeast plum dumplings strewn with grated curd and powdered sugar, suffused with melted butter. Old Myslivna chefs prepared incredible 4500 dumplings for this event. Besides the Austro-Hungary Franz Ferdinand d'Este the mayor of Benešov Ing. Petr Kouba has participated. | |
