degustations |   | Another sphere of IGC´s activity is degustations organising. These degustations are usually realized to order of food producers, for the general public, or for small groups of specially invited guests. Degustations usually take place in places chosen by customer - in companies, at fairs and exhibitions, in stores, in hotels etc. Degustations are mostly intended for target group and they are centred either on one concrete product or on more products. For example combination of wine and food, or comparing the quality of duck meat from different world cuisines. The aim of these degustations are the technical reports with suggestions for improving specific product, advertising, or education of the customers. | |    | |    | |
