IGC plans to build up its own multifunctional object in Prague 9, Hloubětín. Building works should start  in 2009. After completion all offices will be moved to this object. There is also planned to be a small hall with a capacity of 100 people for various events offering high quality catering services. A sufficient catering facilities was designed for this purpose - a modern kitchen, storage, ice boxes and staff background.

The new IGC Centre will be used for nonpublic events only e.g. presentations,tastings, degustations, workshops or privet parties and celebrations.
