In order to ensure IGC's catering orders it has a large number of its own gastronomic materials and equipment. This consists primarily in many kinds of porcelain serving tableware and glassware for more than one thousand persons clearly stored in transport crates meant especially for catering purposes. This enables simple and fast handling and safe and hygienic transportation. for the actual preparation and equipping of a short-term kitchen, for example at exhibitions, IGC has an abundance of kitchen technologies available, for example a range of convection ovens, cooking and boiling vessels, stainless steel machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ice boxes, ice makers, tap equipment, flow coolers and other equipment. For outdoor events IGC owns a moveable cabinet tap with all the equipment, benches and table for about 500 people, gas boilers, gas and charcoal grills. It also has all the equipment for classic pig killings, various types and sizes of spits and an absolutely unique spit for a bull (see the section on Grilling Bulls on a Spit)
